Who is Partum and what do you do?+
Founded in Izmir in 2015 with a Montenegro office, we're a 360° digital marketing agency. We work in social media, performance advertising, SEO, content and web engineering.
Which industries do you work with?+
Mostly e-commerce, fashion, beauty, B2B services and local businesses. Nine years brings a broad portfolio.
Do you work with international brands?+
Yes. Via our Montenegro office we run campaigns into European markets. Most of our engagements are remote.
How long is the contract?+
We recommend a 6-month minimum because digital learns from data. We also do shorter test sprints when it makes sense.
Process
How does your process work?+
First a short audit call, then a brand-specific strategy. After signing, we open a WhatsApp/Slack group and run weekly check-ins + monthly reports.
Do you assign a dedicated team?+
Each brand gets a single account manager; content, performance and design specialists work as a pod under them.
How often do we get reports?+
Monthly detailed reports + a weekly WhatsApp summary. For urgent performance swings, you get a real-time ping.
Who owns the accounts?+
All accounts (Meta Business, Google Ads, Analytics, GTM, site) are registered under your name. We access them via Business Manager.
Budget & Guarantee
What's the minimum ad budget?+
Reasonable thresholds: ~€450/mo for Meta, ~€300/mo for Google Search. Lower budgets can't produce meaningful test signal.
Do you guarantee ROAS or revenue?+
No — and be skeptical of agencies that do. Every brand has different internals. We set realistic goals after a discovery phase, working on trackable KPIs.
Is the ad budget billed separately?+
Yes. Our fee is the management fee; you pay the ad budget directly to the platform (Meta, Google).
Is the fee fixed or percentage-based?+
We prefer a fixed monthly fee — as budgets scale our pay doesn't, so ROAS stays the only thing that matters. We also open % models for enterprise.
Services & Scope
Is website design included?+
Not in the standard package. Web design & development is a separate scope offered as a one-off project or as an ongoing maintenance package.
Do you produce video?+
Yes — our video director Okan Eren and team produce professional shoots. Hourly or daily packages.
Do you manage TikTok?+
Yes. TikTok can be selected as a platform in our social management package; we also run TikTok Ads.
Do you manage marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada)?+
Yes — Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and Etsy. For e-export we route through our Montenegro office.
